What is XCams?
XCams is a live sex chat site for the more professional women from Europe: French, Dutch, Spanish, German and Italian, plus many from Eastern Europe. Most speak great English. Get to know a performer in free chat, then enjoy a private or VIP show. There aren’t many filter options, but XCams is one of the cleanest, no-nonsense adult sites around.
Is XCams legit or a scam?
We can be short: XCams is trustworthy. It’s run by DNX Network, a company based in Luxembourg, and it doesn’t do subscriptions: you buy a credit pack, and that’s it. Your statement shows “DNXnetwork SARL”, and dnx-pay.com lets you look up the details of any charge.
XCams features you’ll like
- Free chat: get to know a performer for free, no account needed.
- Cam2cam: turn on your webcam in a private show, and your microphone too in a VIP show.
- Interactive toys: set off a performer’s toy, even in free chat if she allows it.
- Voyeur mode: watch a VIP show at half the VIP rate.
- No credit card? Pay with PayPal, paysafecard, direct debit, crypto or by phone.
Models and performers
XCams is a premium site that competes with LiveJasmin for professional European performers, although LiveJasmin has far more online.
Women
An impressive number of Eastern European performers (Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian) who speak surprisingly fluent English, plus French, Spanish, German and Dutch performers.
Men
XCams is all about women. For men, try Cam4 or Chaturbate.
Couples
Only a handful, and not the best. Try Flirt4Free instead.
Trans
Scarce. Stripchat has far more.
Interface, search and filters
XCams understands that what you don’t need is distraction. You’re greeted by a calm purple homepage with high-quality photos of the performers; hover over one for a peek inside the room, and they render fast.
The model page is minimal: the stream, the chat, and a bit of extra info in tabs. The most-used filters sit at the top: women, couples or trans; top, new, free or HD; and body type. More options hide behind the arrow next to the search bar. And the search bar is one of the best we’ve seen.
Show types on XCams
- Free chat: chat with the performer, enjoy soft (non-explicit) content, send virtual gifts, and set off her toy if she allows it. You can’t use your webcam or microphone here.
- Private chat: the cheapest way to real action, at 5, 7 or 10 credits a minute, depending on the performer. Up to four members can share a private, but the secret chat is just between you and her. You can turn on your webcam, but not your microphone.
- VIP show: her undivided attention, at 10, 15 or 20 credits a minute. Invite her, and if she accepts, you can use your webcam and microphone too. You need an account, and VIP isn’t available if you pay by phone.
- Voyeur: if she allows it, watch someone else’s VIP show at half the VIP rate, without chatting or sending gifts. When the VIP ends, you move into a private chat with her.
Is XCams cheap or expensive?
XCams sells credits in packs, with no subscription. In the US, card and PayPal cost the same: 78 credits for $15.99 up to 639 for $129.99 (bonus credits included), about 20 cents a credit, and new accounts can get 25 credits for $1 once. When we checked, its welcome offer even made your first private show free, for up to 30 minutes. In Europe the packs and prices are in euros. Credits can’t be refunded once you’ve started using them, unless a technical fault on XCams’ side got in the way.
Payment options and bank statement
Which methods you get depends on your country. In most countries you can pay by card, direct debit (Bancontact, iDEAL), PayPal, paysafecard, crypto or by phone. Your statement shows “DNXnetwork SARL”, and dnx-pay.com lets you look up the details of any charge.
Private show prices
A shared private costs 5, 7 or 10 credits a minute (about $1 to $2); VIP costs 10, 15 or 20 (about $2 to $4).
What we like
XCams is a great alternative to LiveJasmin. It’s all about private shows, but unlike pay-per-minute sites like Visit-X, you can get to know performers in free chat first. And Voyeur mode, at half the VIP rate, is a smart way to see what a performer is like before you book her yourself.
What we don’t like
Fewer performers online than comparable sites, and hardly any couples.
Our verdict
XCams is a great pick if you’re into Dutch, German, French, Italian or Spanish performers, and the Eastern European performers often speak several languages well. Just remember: to see the action, you’ll have to take out your wallet.
