The short answer
By card, a Cam4 token costs 17 to 20 cents: 50 tokens are $9.95 and 1,000 are $172.95 (US prices, checked on 10 October 2026). Every purchase adds a $2.00 fee, so you really pay 17.5 to 24 cents a token. PayPal costs the same but gets you 10% fewer tokens. That’s about twice what Chaturbate’s tokens cost.

Your first purchase comes with 15% extra tokens on the packages up to 500: 58 instead of 50, 115 instead of 100, 288 instead of 250 and 575 instead of 500 (by card; with PayPal, 518 instead of 450). That makes the 500-token package the best deal you’ll get: 575 tokens for $92.95 with the fee, about 16 cents a token.

"Worth" runs from the cheapest to the dearest price per token (17.5¢ to 26.6¢), fees included. The cheapest purchase may give you a few tokens more than you need.
Card, PayPal or gift card?
- Card (Visa, Mastercard): the most tokens for your money.
- PayPal: the same prices, 10% fewer tokens: 900 instead of 1,000 for $172.95, and 45 instead of 50 for $9.95.
- Gift card: in the US you can trade in a gift card from more than 100 brands, from Walmart to Target. Cam4 calls it instant and “100% anonymous”, with no credit card needed. It’s the dearest way, though: its own examples give 100 tokens for a $25 Walmart card, 119 for a $32 Best Buy card and 394 for a $100 Target card, about 25 cents a token.
Card and PayPal purchases add the $2.00 fee. Behind the scenes Cam4 bills through processors such as Epoch and SegPay, and in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK you can also pay by phone. Whatever you use, your statement shows “GRANITY ENTERTAINMENT”, not Cam4.
What does Gold cost?
Cam4 doesn’t publish a dollar price for Gold, but you can pay for it with tokens: 125 a month, about $22 to $25 at card prices. For that you get:
- no ads, including the video ads on cams;
- unlimited private messages (without Gold: two conversations per 24 hours);
- Stealth Mode, to watch, tip and chat anonymously;
- multicam, Peek previews of other cams and automatic chat translation;
- the daily Gold Show, plus a free Gold Gift and Boost every month.
What does a private show cost?
Each performer sets her own price per minute for a private show, and cam2cam inside a private show costs nothing extra. Here’s what common per-minute prices come to at card prices, 17.5 to 24 cents a token with the fee:

How to pay less
- Make your first purchase count. With the 15% bonus, 575 tokens for $92.95 is the cheapest Cam4 ever gets: about 16 cents a token.
- Buy fewer, bigger packages. The $2.00 fee hits small packages hardest: 50 tokens cost 24 cents each with the fee, 1,000 cost 17.5.
- Pay by card. PayPal gives you 10% fewer tokens, and gift cards work out at about 25 cents a token.
- Ask about bigger packages. Cam4 offers members with a long history bigger packages with bigger discounts, through support.
- Ignore token generators. They can’t make tokens; they steal accounts. See free cam tokens.
